Because each LeFrenché piece is made to order just for you, our policy is simple — and a little different from off-the-shelf shops.
What we cover. We offer a replacement or refund only for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. We stand fully behind the craft.
How to claim. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lefrenche.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly.
What we can’t accept. Because pieces are produced individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or colour ordered, or for a simple change of mind.
A gentle word on sizing. Please choose your size carefully before ordering — check each product’s options and measurements. When in doubt, write to us first and we’ll happily help you choose.
